Meet the RAG GIRLS. These one-of-a-kind dolls made from recycled fabric scraps on the Indonesian island of Bali have a very clever secret—a zipper on the back of each doll holds in a bit of patchwork stuffing which, when released, transforms into a carrying purse to transport the doll itself. Based on a traditional early American folk-art design, each doll has its own distinct personality. Let us introduce you to some of the girls!
